Shane graduated from The Technological University Dublin with a Higher Certificate in Real Estate (Valuation, Sales and Management from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV). From there Shane went onto hold roles for established agencies in Dublin. Shane joined BV in 2021 taking on the role of Regional Valuer and Estate Agent. Shane believes in offering a top-quality service to every client working hard to ensure this and building good relationships with all clients.

Alan Loughrey – Managing Director

Alan Loughrey – Managing Director

Alan graduated from GMIT with a degree in business studies specializing in Marketing and progressing to a graduate of The Marketing Institute of Ireland in 1998. Alan also has a National Certificate in Auctioneering and Estate Agency with IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) and a Higher Certificate in Science and Property Valuation and Management.

He has worked with Business Vision since 2002 in carrying out Real Estate and Business sales, and has significant experience in business sales, business valuations, merger & acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate Transactions & Valuations.

Alan has a focused and dedicated approach to getting results for clients,  and has negotiated transactions on behalf of clients in a wide range of sectors throughout Ireland.

Mary Kavanagh – Negotiator & Valuer

Mary Kavanagh – Negotiator & Valuer

Mary has been a Property Negotiator & Valuer with BV since March 2014.

She graduated from the Institute of Technology, Dublin with a Higher Certificate in Real Estate (Valuation, Sales and Management from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).

Mary strives to continually improve by furthering her education.
